Where we started
TAB Central Alabama was formed in 2013 by Mike Kozlik, the President and owner of Advantage Resources Inc. Mike’s experience with his business development clients showed him that they needed something that could guide the growth and development of the company that the business development processes he was building for them, were producing. After much trial and error, he came across The Alternative Board (TAB) offering, when the local Area Director contacted him.
TAB was the answer to all the things Mike wanted to create and provide privately owned businesses, so in 2013 he bought the TAB franchise in Central Alabama and has been growing Peer Advisory Boards, helping business owners create and execute clear and effective strategies that help them grow their business profitably ever since.
